Dr.Fill – Silky Way VOL.2

This pack contains 50 drum grooves and fills in 100 BPM.

These grooves are different than the ones in ‘VOL.1’ pack, and are compatible with these. These loops are inspired by artists such as Silk Sonic, Bruno Mars, Anderson Paak and that old school soul sound!

Useful in styles such as: Soul, Pop, R&B and HipHop.

For this recording we went for a super dry 60’s drum sound. Using the Ludwig Club Date drum kit, with a lot of dampening and vintage Zildjian cymbals. Recorded with the famous Telefunken (AKG) D19 mono overhead mic set-up, combined with Neumann U47 fet and AKG D12 on kick, Beyerdynamic M160 on hihats, some Sennheiser md421 on toms and Shure SM57 on snare.
